How We Keep Our Passengers Safe

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times
  • No smoking, eating, or drinking of any kind is allowed in the vehicles
  • Operators are background screened, drug tested, and passenger assistance-certified
  • Operators are certified in proper wheelchair securement
  • Operators receive specialized sensitivity orientation
  • Operators are educated on diversity & inclusion
  • Emergencies are identified & reported remotely via our network
