In 2013, Tanya Biggers and Larry Biggers, Sr. had a vision - to architect a new approach to NEMT and paratransit services that would offer a dynamic, responsive network of entrepreneurs who could raise the bar on the industry’s standard of service.
Today, Big Star Transit cultivates a diverse network of Owner-Operators and Small Business Enterprises from our local communities and mentors them to become responsible, high-performance business owners. Through the heart & hard work of our Team Members, Operators, and client-partners, we’ve reinvented the passenger experience, while bringing a new standard of service, safety, and performance to the industry.
